The Charlottesville-Albemarle MPO will host a public hearing for the Fiscal Year 2019 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The UPWP provides a mechanism for coordinating transportation planning activities in the Charlottesville/Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Area for the upcoming fiscal year.
