3 7:05-7:25 Performance Measures and Targets – Lucinda Shannon (CAMPO)

  • Ms. Shannon will describe the importance of federal performance standards and state and local performance targets to the transportation planning process. See slide titled Performance Measures, Targets, and the MPO.
4 7:30-7:50 Smart Scale updates – Chuck Proctor (VDOT) and Chip Boyles (TJPDC/CAMPO)

  • Update from Mr. Proctor on where VDOT is in the application review process and when decisions will be made – and when funding will be available for projects if they are fund
  • Smart Scale process update (Chip Boyles). For more information, see Smart Scale Memo Procedures.
    • CTAC members should be prepared to vote to recommend (or not recommend) that the MPO Policy board accepts the new process recommendation
5 7:50-8:10 Rivanna River Bicycle and Pedestrian Crossing – Jessica Hersh-Ballering (TJPDC/CAMPO)

  • Review of VDOT feasibility study results. See feasibility study for more information.
