The CA-MPO will hold a public hearing on the Annual Obligation Report at a joint meeting (MPO Policy, CTAC and MPO Technical Committee) on March 23rd at 4:00 pm. The Annual Listing of Obligated Projects (Annual Listing) includes all projects and strategies listed in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for which federal funds were obligated during the immediately preceding program year. The Annual Listing is intended to improve the transparency of transportation spending decisions by providing an accounting for federal funds that have been authorized and committed by the state or designated recipients (e.g. CAT Transit System) for expenditure on projects programmed in the TIP.
