This project would construct a shared-use path adjacent to Avon Street on the west side of the road from Mill Creek Drive to Peregory Lane. It also includes a pedestrian crossing of Avon Street near the Lakeside Apartments. The need for this project was identified in the Southern Areas Master Plan, Avon Street Corridor Study, Quality of Life Program, and the Jefferson Area Bike Ped Plan.
