The CA-MPO made administrative adjustments to two TIP projects: US-29 Rio Road Grade Separated Intersection and Hillsdale Drive Extended. In this recent adjustment, VDOT requested amendments to the CA-MPO TIP that would bring consistency with the Statewide TIP.

US-29 Rio Road Grade Separated Intersection

  • Add $5,236,900 (National Highway Performance Program) & $363,100 (Surface Transportation Program) FFY16 right-of-way phase;
  • Add $9,575,966 (AC- National Highway Performance Program), 3,239,559 (AC- Surface Transportation Program) & $1,800 (AC-Other) FFY16;
  • Add $8,583,818 (National Highway Performance Program) & $2,397,060 (Equity Bonus) FFY16;
  • Add $12,000,000 (AC- National Highway Performance Program) FFY17 & $10,421,064 FFY18; and,
  • Add $541,573 (AC- Surface Transportation Program) FFY18 construction phase.

  • Add $1,404,431 (Equity Bonus) to FFY16 PE phase;
  • Add an additional $1,367,136 (Surface Transportation Program) FFY15;
  • Release $2,404,431 (Equity Bonus) in FFY15;
  • Move $130,425 to FFY16,
  • Add $1,341,784 (AC-Other) to FFY16 RW phase; and,
  • Add $1,000,000 (Equity Bonus), $6,688,916 (AC-Other) & $3,509,083 (AC- Surface Transportation Program) in FFY16 CN phase. (12/2/15)
